2. PURPOSE OF PAIA MANUAL
This PAIA Manual is useful for the public to:
- Check the categories of records held by the Company which are available without a formal PAIA request.
- Understand how to make a request for access to a record of the Company.

- Know the description of the records of the body which are available in accordance with any other legislation.

4. GUIDE ON HOW TO USE PAIA
The Regulator has, in terms of section 10(1) of PAIA, updated and made available the revised Guide on how to use PAIA (“Guide”). The Guide is available in all official languages at www.inforegulator.org.za.
5. CATEGORIES OF RECORDS HELD BY THE COMPANY

6. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION (POPIA)
- Purpose: To facilitate web hosting, domain registration (via APIs), and account management.
- Data Subjects: Individual customers and service providers.
- Transborder Flows: For international domains (.com, etc.), data is shared with global registries via secure API.
- Security: We utilize SSL/TLS encryption and strict access controls on our custom bridge system.
. HOW TO REQUEST ACCESS
A requester must submit Form 2 (Request for Access to Record) to the Information Officer’s email address. Requesters must provide sufficient detail to enable the IO to identify the record and the identity of the requester.

This Manual is available on our website and can be requested via email. It is updated regularly to ensure compliance with South African law.
