1. THE SERVICE MODEL
1.1 Pay-As-You-Go: We operate on a flexible, “pay-as-you-go” basis. There are no long-term fixed contracts.
1.2 Eligibility: Our services are strictly reserved for Sole Traders, Freelancers, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), and Corporate Entities.
1.3 Prohibited Business Types: We do not host e-commerce stores selling physical products. Our infrastructure is optimized for professional service-based websites.
2. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)
To maintain the integrity of our network, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy. We do not host the following content:
- Blogs & News: High-traffic news portals or personal blogs.
- Youth-Oriented Sites: Any websites specifically targeting or collecting data from children.
- Adult Content: Any form of pornography, adult entertainment, or suggestive material.
- Illegal Activity: Any site violating South African law, including gambling or hate speech.
2.1 Violations: Any breach of this section will result in an immediate account block without prior notice.
2.2 Repeat Offenders: We reserve the right to permanently blacklist individuals/entities and, where necessary, pursue legal action for damages caused to our IP reputation or infrastructure.
3. FEES AND PAYMENTS
3.1 Billing: Services are billed in advance. Due to the “pay-as-you-go” nature, failure to pay by the due date will result in automated service suspension.
3.2 No Contracts: You may stop using the service at any time by simply not renewing your next billing cycle.
4. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the following rules apply:
4.1 Admin Fee: All requested refunds for services already provisioned or rendered attract a 15% Administration Fee. This covers the bank charges and manual labor involved in reversing the service.
4.2 Duplicate Transactions: If you accidentally pay twice for the same invoice, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full with no charge/fee.
4.3 Pro-Rata Refunds: Refunds for mid-month cancellations are calculated based on the actual resources used. We do not offer full refunds for time already elapsed in a billing cycle.
4.4 Domain Registrations: Please note that domain registration fees are paid to third-party registries (ZACR/ICANN) and are non-refundable once the domain is live.
5. INFRASTRUCTURE & LIABILITY
5.1 Independent Management: While we utilize high-tier data centers (Johannesburg), the Company manages its own custom bridge system.
5.2 Uptime: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee that services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
5.3 Backups: Clients are responsible for maintaining their own off-site backups of their website files and data.
6. APPOINTMENTS AND MEETINGS
6.1 Digital-First: We are a digital-first organization. Our physical office is available by appointment only.
6.2 Virtual Consultations: For the safety and efficiency of our staff and clients, we prefer and prioritize video consultations (Zoom/Google Meet) for all support and sales meetings.
